Dilating Bronchoscope for Tracheal Stenosis

What we see in the below video is a bronchoscope for intubation but it has an end with different diameters.

The end is bevelled.
You can load the optics inside and the diameters increase progressively.
This is useful for intubation and dilatation of tracheal stenosis.
It is not necessary to use any dilatation element, no plug or bronchoscope.

In addition we have an access for ventilation.
So the whole dilatation manoeuvre can be done with a single instrument, under direct encoscopic vision and ventilating the patient.
